Identifying Your Intended Audience
You will often write for an academic audience in the PPA department (e.g., advisors), but you may wish to design your Culminating Project with another audience in mind as well. Once you select your topic and question, decide whether you will also aim to share your project findings with:
Talk with your advisor(s) about if/how you should plan to adapt or supplement your project research, writing level, or style for this intended audience. Also, make sure to establish early agreements about if/how you plan to collaborate with peers or faculty on any related presentations or publications you may wish to pursue.
